Frequently Asked Questions.

1.  By far, the question we are asked the most often is, "How much will the shipping be to zipcode such and such?"  And my answer is always the same, which is, "If you want an accurate shipping estimate, I'm going to need more than just your zipcode - I'm going to need your full address."  And by full address, I mean all of it - the entire address, street number and all.  I can give you a pretty accurate estimate for USPS shipping using just your zipcode, however the US Postal Service is almost always the most costly option.  We ship a lot more stuff via UPS, especially larger heavier boxes as UPS is almost always the most economical option for those shipments, and the UPS shipping calculator is not very accurate at all when plugging in only a bare naked zipcode with no other address information.  How do I know this? By learning the hard way, of course.  So, if you want a shipping estimate I'll need your FULL address.
