Our Payment Policy

What you need to understand when doing business with us.

 
1.  We accept three methods of payment:  PayPal, checks and money 

     orders.             

2.  PayPal is the ONLY way we can accept credit card payments.

3.  We cannot ship any product until after we have received payment.  

       If you mail a check, we have to wait until the check clears to ship.

4.  If you are paying with a check or money order, it must be made out 

       to Jamie Knight, not Knight Mfg.

Doing business with schools.

We sell a lot of launch pads to schools;  mostly to middle schools and high schools for TARC team use, but we also do a fair amount of business with colleges and universities as well.  It's good business and we appreciate it very much.  The only thing I ask is that if you are a school (or any other organization) who is wanting to order a launch pad, make sure that you can pay for the launch pad within our Payment Policy Guidelines listed above before placing the order.  Nothing is more frustrating than building a launch pad, priming it for paint, waiting for the payment so I can paint it (which is usually a custom color) and then at the last minute when it's time to ship I get an email asking me if I take credit cards.  I am not set up to accept credit cards directly through my bank, only through PayPal.  So just please be aware of this in advance.  Thank you.
