Rail Holder Kits

I've had a lot of people who have contacted me over the years wanting to purchase just the rail holder off of one of our launch pads.  A good number of these inquiries have been from folks who didn't sound as if they had a very good plan for mounting it.  So I'm now offering the rail holders from my three most popular launch pads for sale, along with a mounting bracket, so that I'll know that you'll have a way to easily mount it to whatever it is that you're putting it on with just two bolts.  Blast deflectors are included in the kits.

FLP-36 Rail Holder Kit

Part # RHK-36

This is the rail holder & blast deflector used on our FLP-36 and TLP-42 launch pads.  The kit includes the rail holder, blast deflector, T-bolt and mount.  You can mount these to whatever you want to mount them to.  Shown here for display purposes is a simple "H" shaped base made from three short pieces of a 2 x 4.  (Not included)  For TARC teams on a budget, this is a neat little setup that you can make yourself.

Mounting bracket is included for easy mounting using two 3/8" bolts.  You provide the bolts.  Use lag bolts or hex bolts with nuts depending on your application.

Includes 7 x 9 blast deflector and 1/2" T-Bolt for tool free tightening.  Holds 1" 1010 series rails as well as rods.

Build a simple base like this to mount it to, or be creative and go as elaborate as you want with the base.

This is the rail holder & blast deflector used on our FLP-48 launch pad.  The kit includes the rail holder, 9 x 11 blast deflector, 5/8 pivot-bolt, pull pin and mount.  You can mount these to whatever you want to mount them to using two 3/8 bolts.

 Twin 3/8 thumb screws secure the rail.  Blast deflector bolts on with 1/2" hex bolt.  Holds 1" 1010 series rails as well as rods.

The rail holder pivots on a large 5/8" bolt.  Pull pin with wing nut secures the holder in the upright position.
